1-1 系統(tǒng)介紹
T1K 系列現(xiàn)場總線 I/O 系統(tǒng)采用模塊式拼裝結(jié)構(gòu),它的模塊包括電源、通訊連接以及各種 I/O
基架(I/O基架分8點型和16點型,可安裝離散量和模擬量I/O,I/O模塊的接線端子位于I/O基架
上。)。各模塊通過模塊邊上的接插件連接起來并安裝于導(dǎo)軌上,這種安裝方式使得將來的系統(tǒng)擴展
更方便,經(jīng)濟。
T1K系列現(xiàn)場總線I/O系統(tǒng)可以接掛于多種網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),組成多種現(xiàn)場總線解決方案,例如:PLC
控制遠程I/O系統(tǒng);基于PC的控制系統(tǒng);以及DCS控制系統(tǒng)等等。目前支持的網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)有:10M/100M
以太網(wǎng),ProfibusDP,DeviceNet,Modbus RTU,光洋遠程I/O系統(tǒng)。每個網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接模塊上另帶一個
RS-232串行口,用于連接本地操作界面或其他的串行通訊設(shè)備,例如:條形碼讀入機、打印機、標
簽機等。
每一網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點最多可帶16塊模塊,這16塊模塊又可分成一個基本安裝導(dǎo)軌帶2個本地擴展安
裝導(dǎo)軌。每一系統(tǒng)能帶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點數(shù)及每個節(jié)點所能帶的 I/O 點數(shù)取決于所選用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接模塊。
每一節(jié)點至少需要一塊電源模塊(AC/DC 可選)。但可根據(jù)需要添加更多的電源模塊。電源模塊安
裝于其所供電單元的左邊。
T1K系列的一個主要特點是,可以帶電插拔I/O模塊,且I/O模塊與其接線端子可分離(I/O接
線端子位于 I/O 基架上,在購買 I/O 模塊時,需另買適合的 I/O 基架),這使得現(xiàn)場 I/O 模塊的更換
非常方便,無須任何輔助工具,只用雙手即可完成I/O模塊的更換工作,且無須重新接線。
