天水二一三電器有限公司始建于1969年，是國(guó)家為支援內(nèi)地建設(shè)由原第
一機(jī)械工業(yè)部決定，從沈陽(yáng)二一三機(jī)床電器廠部分搬遷至天水的“三線企業(yè)”，
現(xiàn)為蘭州長(zhǎng)城電工股份有限公司全資子公司，是我國(guó)低壓電器基礎(chǔ)元器件和
成套裝置專業(yè)制造企業(yè)。公司現(xiàn)有職工1000余人，其中各類專業(yè)技術(shù)員300
余人。年生產(chǎn)低壓電器元件300萬(wàn)件，各種交直流高低壓成套裝置5000余(臺(tái))
套。1998年公司作為核心企業(yè)入組蘭州長(zhǎng)城電工股份有限公司在上交所上市，
2005年3月，企業(yè)改制為天水二一三電器有限公司。
企業(yè)主要生產(chǎn)以接觸器為代表的工業(yè)控制電器，以斷路器為代表的配電
電器，以高低壓配電柜為代表的成套電氣裝置和以智能控制器、電子式過(guò)載
繼電器為代表的智能電子電器。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各行業(yè)，尤其在機(jī)
械、機(jī)床、電梯、起重、建筑、電力、鐵路、家電、電子、通信、輕紡、化
工、環(huán)保、供水、冶金、采礦等數(shù)十個(gè)行業(yè)有著相當(dāng)?shù)氖袌?chǎng)影響力。通過(guò)持
續(xù)建設(shè)在全國(guó)形成了由九大片區(qū)、中心城市辦事處、配送中心和代理商組成
的銷售服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
公司產(chǎn)品均符合國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，全部產(chǎn)品獲得了中國(guó)質(zhì)量認(rèn)
證中心頒發(fā)的CCC國(guó)家強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證，主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品獲得了歐盟CE安全認(rèn)證、國(guó)
際CB認(rèn)證、美國(guó)保險(xiǎn)商實(shí)驗(yàn)室頒發(fā)的UL認(rèn)證和德國(guó)安全技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)頒發(fā)的TUV認(rèn)
證，工控元件產(chǎn)品全部通過(guò)RoHS符合性檢測(cè)與認(rèn)證。1995年在行業(yè)國(guó)企中率
先通過(guò)了ISO9001質(zhì)量管理系認(rèn)證，2002年在甘肅省首家整體通過(guò)了ISO14001
環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證，2005年獲得了OHSAS18001職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認(rèn)證。
主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品全部獲“甘肅名牌”，交流接觸器于1994年在低壓電器行業(yè)中第一
家獲得“中國(guó)名牌產(chǎn)品”。2009年，公司“二一三及圖”注冊(cè)商標(biāo)被國(guó)家工
商行政管理總局商標(biāo)局認(rèn)定為“中國(guó)馳名商標(biāo)”。
企業(yè)在天水建成了現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)園，在深圳、上海、西安建立了生產(chǎn)基地，

Established in 1969, Tianshui 213 Electrical Apparatus Co., Ltd. is a “third-front enterprise” partly moved
to Tianshui from Shenyang 213 Machine Tool Electric Apparatus Factory through the determination made
by the original 1st Mechanical Industry Department for the purpose of supporting mainland construction of
the state. Now it is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Lanzhou Great Wall Electrical Co., Ltd., as well as the
professional manufacturing enterprise of fundamental component parts of low-voltage electrical apparatus
and complete sets of devices in China. At present, there are over 1000 employees in the company, in which
there are over 300 various kinds of professional technical personnel. 3 million component parts of low-
voltage electrical apparatus and over 5000 sets of various kinds of AC/DC high-voltage and low-voltage
complete sets of devices are produced annually. In 1998, as the core enterprise, the company was
incorporated into Lanzhou Great Wall Electrical Co., Ltd. to be listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange. In
March 2005, the enterprise was restructured to be Tianshui 213 Electrical Apparatus Co., Ltd.
The enterprise mainly produces industrial control electrical apparatus with contactor as representative,
power distribution electrical apparatus with circuit breaker as representative, complete sets of electrical
devices with high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution cabinets as representative, and intelligent
electronic apparatus with intelligent controller and electronic-style overcurrent relay as representative. The
products are widely applied in all the industries of national economy. In particular, there is great market
influence in ten industries including machinery, machine tool, elevator, lifting machine, construction, electric
power, railway, household electrical apparatus, electronics, telecommunication, textile and other light
industries, chemical engineering, environmental protection, water supply, metallurgy, mining and etc. Through
continuous construction, the sales service network made up of 9 sections, offices in central cities, distribution
centers and agents are formed nationwide.
The products of the company are all in accordance with IEC standard of International Electrotechnical
Commission. All the products have obtained the CCC national compulsory product certification issued by
China Quality Certification Center. The leading products have obtained CE safety certification of EU,
international CB certification, UL certification issued by Underwriters Laboratories and TUV certification
issued by German Safety Technology Association. Industrial control component part products have all
passed inspection and certification of RoHS compliance. In 1995, among the state-owned enterprises in
the industry, it took the lead in passing ISO9001 quality management system certification; in 2002, it became
the first to completely pass ISO14001 environmental management system certification in Gansu Province;
in 2005,it obtained OHSAS18001 occupation health safety management system. The leading products
have all won the title of “Famous brand in Gansu Province”. In 1994, AC contactor was the first one in
the lowvoltage electrical apparatus industry to win the title of “China Famous-brand Product”. In 2009, the
registered trademark “213 and Drawing” of the company was approved as “China Famous Trademark” by the
TrademarkOffice of the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.
Modernized industrial park has been built up in Tianshui for the enterprise, production bases have been
set up in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Xi’an, and advanced automated fabrication production lines have been
configured. Through technical reform, processing equipment including precision linear cutting and die cavity
electric sparks from Switzerland, Moore grinder from the U.S., spring-winding machine from Switzerland and
Italy,modern injection machine of Toshiba and Hyundai, high-speed press and etc. have been purchased
successively. The overall process equipment level of the enterprise takes the lead at home.
The enterprise won the honorary title of “National 220 Specially Invigorated Enterprise in the Mechanical
