          前 言
          根據(jù)國家電網(wǎng)公司建設(shè)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)與改造的要求,制定了本指導(dǎo)性技
          術(shù)文件。本指導(dǎo)性技術(shù)文件給出了地區(qū)智能電網(wǎng)調(diào)度技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)特征和功能結(jié)構(gòu),提出了功能
          技術(shù)要求和建設(shè)原則。本指導(dǎo)性技術(shù)文件適用于地區(qū)級智能電網(wǎng)調(diào)度技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)。
          本指導(dǎo)性技術(shù)文件由國家電力調(diào)度通信中心提出并負(fù)責(zé)解釋。
          本指導(dǎo)性技術(shù)文件由國家電網(wǎng)公司科技部歸口。
          本指導(dǎo)性技術(shù)文件主要起草單位:國網(wǎng)電力科學(xué)研究院。

          本規(guī)范適用于地區(qū)智能電網(wǎng)調(diào)度技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)建設(shè),能夠滿足調(diào)控一體化應(yīng)用的需要和配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行
          監(jiān)控的基本需要??h級智能電網(wǎng)調(diào)度技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)可參照本規(guī)范執(zhí)行。
