SDPLC有以下主要優(yōu)點:
1. 本控制器為單一CPU 架構(gòu)的設(shè)計,控制器和驅(qū)動器的間的溝通時間近似立
即反應(yīng)。免除了通訊的等待時間,可大幅提高運動控制的效率。
2. 運動指令執(zhí)行時的預(yù)設(shè)條件是會等運動做完才做下個指令,可簡化運動指令
的流程控制??蓞⒖糀BS、INC 指令說明。
3. 可隨時得到現(xiàn)在位置真實坐標。
4. 外部輸入的硬件計數(shù)器及模擬輸出輸入、脈波輸入 (手搖輪)。
需要注意時間的特性是:
1.PLC與STEP指令是輪流做,每一個回合做一次PLC指令循環(huán)和一個 STEP
指令。一次PLC指令循環(huán)所需時間(SCAN TIME)為(0.08±0.005ms)×[指令數(shù)]。

1. 驅(qū)動器分外部接點和內(nèi)部接點,接點編號均為 8進制表示
1)外部接點10點輸入(000~011),8點輸出(100~107)。
內(nèi)部接點64點(200~277)。
可供自行定義的16位整數(shù)64個(400~477),
32位整數(shù)960個(500~777),32位整數(shù)即是可當做坐標值記憶的整數(shù)。
2)部分接點可自行定義,部分接點已有固定定義
